Our Proactive Web Maintenance Process

Your account manager will meet with you to get a little bit of information about your company, what you do, and what makes you different.

We’ll figure out what you like about your website, and what you want to improve. Then, your account manager will review your website to determine other improvements to be made. After that, we’ll use all of the data we’ve gathered to create a maintenance plan unique to your website that will keep it maintained optimally.

We’ll review your website every month, using the plan we created in our initial review, and our standard checklists.

We’ll ensure all the content is up to date and all the links work. In addition, we’ll make a list of what other things we should be expecting or adding, such as new event information, a newsletter, or blog post. We’ll even write them if you’d like. All of our findings are compiled into a report and e-mailed to you for your approval. Once you approve the report, we’ll update your website right away.

Since we act as an extension of your company, we make it our priority to stay updated with what your company’s strategy, vision and long and short term goals.

We’ll follow up with you to ensure your website stays in concert with your expectations and requirements for a continuing success story.
