Austin L. Jackson – President & CEO
Mr. Austin Jackson founded Zuram at the ripe age of twelve. Although young to be a business owner, Austin exhibits the professionalism and business tenacity of a seasoned professional. He is a young entrepreneur at the forefront of internet innovation, and works closely on day to day projects to ensure each customer receives the attention to detail and services that make Zuram’s work signature. When he is not working, he is an active member of the community, enjoys spending time with his friends, working on music, working out and playing with his dog.  He is also an accomplished classical pianist.

Lawrence A. Jackson – Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Jackson has a long history of accomplishments in the technology and healthcare industry as a customer engineer, operations research analyst, project manager and Chief Information Officer in Fortune  500 companies.  He has managed engineers, programmers and implemented software solutions in the technology, healthcare and government sector.  He has managed IT departments with projects that range from the mainframe and client server environments to web based solutions. Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science from Cal State University Hayward in Personnel and Industrial Relations.  He also completed all MBA coursework at the University of California Berkeley in Operations Management.  Mr. Jackson is a certified Project Manager through the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Project Management curriculum at Stanford University.

Janet T. Jackson – Chief Creative Officer and Lead Project Manager
Ms. Jackson serves as the Chief Creative Officer and Lead project manager at Zuram. She works closely to align clients and team to ensure each project is a resounding success. She also ensures every project mixes the best of functionality and design as CCO of Zuram. Ms. Jackson brings years of experience in project management, design and implementation of business applications, corporate training and design. She has served as the Director of Training and Development at a Fortune 500 company. Ms. Jackson holds a Masters Degree and Bachelors Degree in Engineering  from Stanford University.

Tze-Chiu Lei - Lead Developer
As our Lead Developer, Tze-chiu Lei uses his 10+ years of web design and development experience to meet our clients' needs with top-notch creatives and services. Tze has worked as the Senior Process/Systems Analyst at a leading global company's award-winning corporate training function, specializing in corporate websites, web-based elearning platforms and learning management systems. His creativity goes beyond websites, as he also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from the University of California at Berkeley. His extensive knowledge, talents, and skills enables him to use the right strategies, techniques, and tools to fulfill each specific client request.
